About the Opportunity

• This is an exciting leadership role where you’ll drive financial operations, enhance reporting processes, and collaborate across business segments.
• This role offers opportunities to engage in strategic analysis of potential growth initiatives, contributing to the execution of our mandate to rapidly scale the business.
• You will collaborate with key stakeholders to evaluate expansion opportunities, develop insights, and support decision-making that drives our growth strategy.

Financial Operations & Reporting

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes across all entities.
• Review journal entries, working papers, and financial analysis prepared by the team.
• Conduct P&L and balance sheet variance analysis, working closely with FP&A and key stakeholders.
• Manage internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support financial reporting and strategic initiatives.
• Lead process improvements, reporting enhancements, and system upgrades to drive operational excellence.

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead and mentor a team of three direct reports (Managers) and a larger team of 15.
• Foster a culture of inclusion, high performance, and continuous improvement.
• Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and decision-making.

About You

• CPA certification
• Current role at Director or Senior Manager level
• Minimum 7-10 years of blended experience in Accounting and Analysis
• Proficiency in IFRS reporting

Salary range: $150,000 - $180,000/year
