Job summary

Western Alliance Logistics, a division of Western Alliance, is seeking a senior finance leader to oversee accounting across all entities and drive the close, budgeting and cash-flow processes. You will deliver margin analytics and manage banking relationships, treasury, and CAD/USD exposure in a fast‑growing 3PL environment.

The role requires building and enforcing internal controls and finance policies while reporting to the executive team.

Qualifications

• Lead the finance function across all entities in the group — accounting, AR, AP, payroll and reporting.
• Own the monthly, quarterly and annual close, consolidation and financial statement preparation.
• Build budgets, forecasts and cash-flow projections, and report variances to the executive team.
• Deliver margin and gross‑profit analytics by lane, customer and salesperson to drive commercial decisions.
• Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, treasury and multi‑currency (CAD/USD) exposure.
• Design and enforce internal controls, approval frameworks and finance policy.

Responsibilities
