Qualifications

• Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field and 5+ years in event management.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Proficiency in Caterease, G-Suite, Clover POS is an asset.
• Bilingual in French and English required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an events strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of coordinators, event managers, and support staff.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify upsell opportunities.
• Oversee event logistics from concept through execution and wrap-up.
• Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance at all events.
