Centurion Asset Management Inc. is hiring a Director of Energy Management in Toronto. The role leads portfolio energy programs, building automation and decarbonization efforts to reduce costs and emissions.

Responsibilities include budgeting, project prioritization and cross-functional collaboration with operations, finance and external partners. The position is hybrid, reporting to Technical Services and Innovation, with responsibility for energy strategy and performance across Centurion

Competenze

• Post-secondary degree in engineering, energy management, building science or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in energy management, building performance or technical services.
• Experience leading programs, projects and teams.
• Experience with multi-building portfolios and ESG/GRESB is an asset.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, building automation, metering and energy efficiency.

• Develop and manage a portfolio-wide energy management program.
• Lead building automation and decarbonization initiatives.
• Oversee energy audits, savings opportunities and KPI reporting.
• Prepare business cases, budgets and capital project oversight.
• Coordinate with Finance, Operations and external consultants.
