Job summary

Innovasea, a leader in aquatic solutions, seeks a Director of Product to drive the strategy and roadmap for its aquaculture technology portfolio. You will guide digital strategy, define roadmaps, and translate market needs into successful product requirements.

You’ll lead a cross-functional team across sales, marketing, architects, and engineers, steering launches from concept to market while enabling travel to key events and customer sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 10+ years in product management with hardware and software products.
• Experience leading product orgs and roadmaps across multiple maturities.
• Proven ability to transform product strategy into actionable roadmaps.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, eng., and ops.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and roadmap for Aquaculture technology portfolio.
• Guide digital strategy, prioritize roadmaps, and translate customer needs into requirements.
• Partner with sales, marketing, architecture, and engineering for launches.
• Mentor Product Managers/Owners and optimize governance and portfolio prioritization.
• Travel domestically and internationally to events as required.
• Collaborate with marketing to support go-to-market materials and training.
