Job summary

PureFacts Financial Solutions seeks a Director of ML & AI to lead the vision, strategy, and governance of AI products across the PureRevenue platform. You will design, build, and ship enterprise-grade ML capabilities at scale, manage a 3–4 person team, and partner with product, engineering, and client teams to deliver measurable business impact.

You will drive governance, responsible AI practices, and adoption of Azure-based tools while guiding investment decisions and ensuring regulatory

Qualifications

• 10+ years of ML/AI engineering experience including MLOps.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven track record shipping production ML products with measurable impact.
• Direct experience with LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Define, execute, and own ML/AI vision and strategy aligned with business goals.
• Personally design, build, and deploy ML/AI solutions to production.
• Lead ML/AI engineers and collaborate with product, engineering, and client teams.
• Establish MLOps practices, model lifecycle, and evaluation frameworks.
