Job summary

PureFacts is building an AI-native platform and seeks a Director of ML & AI to lead vision, strategy, and governance of user-facing AI products across PureFacts. You will personally build and ship AI capabilities that deliver measurable business impact for clients.

You will oversee ML/AI roadmap, scalable multi-tenant architecture, and a small team, collaborating with data science, engineering, and product to automate workflows and improve decision-making in a regulated industry.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in ML/AI engineering with hands-on shipping.
• Advanced degree in CS, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven track record leading SaaS or fintech ML products.

Responsibilities

• Define ML/AI vision and strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead design, build, and deployment of ML/AI solutions at scale.
• Manage a 3-4 engineer team and coordinate with Product, Eng, and Clients.
• Establish MLOps practices and governance.
• Communicate AI strategy to executives and stakeholders.
