Job summary

Capital I Industries in Saskatoon is seeking a Director, Sales & Business Development, North America. You will shape and execute a sales strategy to grow revenue from $8 million to $15 million annually, while protecting margins and building durable customer relationships across municipalities, contractors, and industrial buyers.

Qualifications

Significant senior sales leadership experience in road maintenance equipment or related industries.
Demonstrated industry expertise including equipment applications and dealer economics.
Proven ability to grow dealer networks and revenue.
Experience using CRM systems and sales data to improve execution.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic North America sales plan to grow from $8M to $15M in annual revenue with milestones.
Strengthen and expand the dealer network through recruiting, onboarding, training and relationship management.
Own the sales forecast, pipeline, and coordination with operations and finance on production capacity and pricing.
Lead strategic account development, negotiations and major opportunities with municipalities, contractors and dealers.
Collaborate with executive leadership to set pricing and dealer programs for profitable growth.
