A leading aerospace contractor in Calgary, Alberta is seeking a Director of Industrialization for their new manufacturing campus. This pivotal leadership role will drive design and operational readiness, ensuring full integration of infrastructure and systems. Candidates should have over 10 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing and a strong background in project management. You will lead a team of 8 Industrialization Managers and a relocation package is provided for out-of-province candidates.

Job Description

Insight Global is hiring a Director of Industrialization for a leading aerospace client in Calgary, Alberta 5 times a week on site on a permanent basis. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving the design, construction, and operational readiness of a new aerospace manufacturing campus. You’ll ensure that facility infrastructure and production systems are fully integrated to support efficient, safe, and scalable operations. This Director will also be hiring 8 Industrialization Managers that will be joining the team. Relocation package will be provided for candidates relocation from out of province.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years in aerospace manufacturing, industrial project management, or facility design.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven success managing large-scale aerospace construction and industrialization projects.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft assembly, tooling, and facility systems integration.
• Experience developing manufacturing layouts and flow for new or relocated operations.
• Experience leading a team of 5 or more people
• Exceptional project management and stakeholder communication skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Industrial Management; P.Eng., PMP, PMI, or MBA preferred.
