Job summary

Bombardier is seeking an Industrialization Project Specialist in Canada with 3+ years in strategy roles within manufacturing. The role focuses on facility design, project management, and strategic decision-making using data-driven models.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree with a strong analytical concentration.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives for facility selection, build, and engineer aspects of factory design.
• Manage and support strategic projects, prepare business cases and monitor project financials/budgets/status.
• Use inputs such as cost competitiveness, machine loading, efficiency, capacity, process capabilities and cost data to decide on component sourcing.
• Coordinate project manufacturing schedule for first article based on various inputs.
• Coordinate facility and bay level infrastructure optimization.

What are your contributions to the team?

• Lead strategic initiatives pertaining to facility selection build, and engineer aspects of factory design

The base salary for this position is expected to range from CAD $64,300.00 to CAD $119,500.00 per year. The applicable base salary will be determined based on various criteria, at Bombardier’s sole discretion, such as the candidate’s skills, experience and qualifications.

In some cases, the base salary offered may differ from the expected range of base salary listed above.
