You will lead workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and change initiatives, partnering with HR Centres of Expertise to deliver integrated talent

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Significant HRBP experience in large, complex, matrixed organizations.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders on talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, and change.

Responsibilities

• Coach senior leaders and leadership teams on talent, workforce, leadership, and organizational priorities.
• Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning to strengthen capability and performance.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise to deliver integrated talent solutions and use data to inform decisions.
• Advise on talent implications of digital transformation and evolving operating models.
