The role partners across Product Management, Technology Enablement and HR Ops to translate priorities into high-quality business outcomes for employees and managers.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technology, digital, platform or enterprise solution delivery teams.
• Proven ability to improve delivery performance and team effectiveness in large structures.
• Comfort working within agile or product-oriented operating models across leadership levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery performance, capacity and sustainability of HR tech teams.
• Coach and develop analysts and delivery staff; guide career growth.
