Jobgether is seeking a Director, Compensation based in Canada. You will lead global bonus, long-term incentive, and equity programs, driving strategic design with financial modeling and automation.

Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Talent Management, and senior leadership to align compensation with business objectives and performance, leveraging AI to improve processes. In this senior role, you will build tools and frameworks to give leaders and managers visibility into compensation decisions,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant compensation experience across NA and EMEA.
• Experience designing, building, and managing global compensation and equity programs.
• Strong financial modeling capabilities and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with confidence working with senior leadership and Board.
• Ability to manage multiple strategic projects alongside tactical responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and ongoing evolution of global bonus and long-term incentive programs.
• Own the strategy and design of global equity programs.
• Partner with Finance and Legal on equity mechanics, dilution modeling, and governance.
• Develop compensation tools to enable Talent Acquisition to make competitive offers.
• Build scalable compensation infrastructure and processes for the organization.
