Role Overview:

Swim Recruiting seeks a Director, Financial Planning & Analysis to lead a team of four analysts. Reporting to the VP Finance, the role involves collaboration across departments and regions, managing routine and ad hoc FP&A tasks, and providing strategic business insights using advanced data tools.

Candidate Profile:

Ideal candidates will have at least 8 years of progressive FP&A experience, strong communication skills, and a background in complex, fast-paced, multi-entity environments, preferably in technology. Leadership experience with direct reports and global exposure are highly valued. Relevant education and system proficiency are required.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary range approximately CA$148,000 to CA$168,000, plus performance bonuses, health benefits, professional development, paid time off, and more.

Location & Work Arrangement:

Based in downtown Vancouver with a hybrid work model (3 days in-office, 2 days remote). Candidates from across Canada willing to relocate are encouraged to apply.
