The role will be accountable for:

  • Liaising with external professional advisors and experts in wealth management, banking, tax, estate planning, and legal professionals.
  • Creating financial reports and in-depth analysis, including annual spend, personal and family tax planning, RESP, RRSP, TFSA, FHSA, credit card spending, donation strategies, and monitoring cash flow.
  • Analyzing financial data and preparing reports, statements, projections, and complex financial models.
  • Establishing and maintaining financial control safeguards.
  • Developing a 12–24-month outlook to strategically plan quarterly and annual objectives.
  • Performing due diligence on potential venture capital investments and working with existing venture capital advisors to monitor current positions.
  • Assisting in managing personal investments, financial obligations, and philanthropic initiatives.
  • Designing and implementing plans to mitigate risk and enhance reputation.
  • Optimizing banking relationships and developing strategies to enhance cash positions.
  • Additional responsibilities aligned with our CEO’s financial needs.

To succeed, you should have completed an undergraduate degree in finance or accounting, with a master’s degree preferred. Ideally, you are a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) with significant industry experience in finance or accounting, complemented by several years in consulting.

If you possess a relentless work ethic, a strong understanding of specialized financial concepts, love a challenge, and are ready for the next step in your impressive career, we’d love to hear from you! Apply today!
