• Participate as a full member of the Experiences leadership team, making enterprise-level decisions on resources and investments, and providing accurate reporting to support informed decisions.
• Lead financial planning processes, track performance indicators, and deliver ad-hoc financial analysis to support the business.
• Align all team members on specific funding proposals.
• Partner with leadership to advise on and manage budgets across projects and titles.
• Support leadership in making investment and project decisions.
• Update financial outlooks, risks, and opportunities to enhance financial visibility.
• Improve internal finance workflows to strengthen partnerships.
• Anticipate risks and collaborate with business leadership to maintain financial goals.
