Job summary

Visa is seeking a Director of Visa Direct Account Management Sales to drive growth with key Canadian partners. You will manage client relationships, expand routes, use cases and endpoints, and work with cross-functional teams to advance opportunities from discovery to renewal.

The role focuses on delivering revenue growth, optimizing program performance, and expanding adoption across Visa Direct channels in Canada.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 8+ years with an advanced degree.
• Experience in payments, money movement, or financial services is preferred.
• Strong ability to manage complex client relationships and cross-functional execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain account plans for Canadian Visa Direct clients and drive growth targets.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline across endpoints, routes, and use cases.
• Lead or support deals from opportunity through launch, ramp and optimization in partnership with internal teams.
• Establish trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and align on priorities.
