Job summary

The Solutions Manager will lead Client Onboarding excellence & scaling across North America, partnering with clients and internal teams to ensure a scalable onboarding experience across products and segments.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's or 0+ years with a PhD or 2+ years with an Advanced degree
- Experience in payments, fintech, financial services, or tech onboarding/implementation environments
- Ability to present complex topics to executive leaders
- Experience leading multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Proven experience with API-based products, payment services & solutions, and platform integrations
Responsibilities
- Develop standardized onboarding processes and playbooks
- Own onboarding governance and launch readiness across the lifecycle
- Track onboarding KPIs and milestone readiness
- Identify bottlenecks and drive automation/ GenAI-enabled improvements
- Contribute to product and solutioning roadmaps with customer feedback
- Maintain visibility into onboarding pipeline and capacity
- Serve as onboarding SME for internal and external stakeholders
- Support technical sales engagements and solution design workshops
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
