Job summary

CIBC is seeking a Senior Consultant, Control Insights & Reporting, to support centralized governance reporting across multiple business lines. You will develop dynamic Power BI dashboards, automate reporting workflows with Power Automate, and prepare materials for senior management and governance committees.

You will collaborate with BE&G and other teams to ensure data quality, produce compelling narratives, and maintain reporting solutions while transitioning dashboards into production.

Qualifications

• Experience in controls reporting, operational risk, data analytics, or related field in financial services.
• Strong ability to translate data into clear narratives for senior management.
• Experience gathering requirements for dashboards and automating reporting workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of risk reporting across multiple business lines.
• Prepare materials for governance committees (ORRCC, GRC, RMC).
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards; manage production transitions.
• Design and document automated workflows using Power Automate and SharePoint.
