As a seasoned professional with a passion for data management and analytics, you will lead a team of data and reporting professionals and spearhead the development and implementation of data management and reporting strategies that enable informed decision-making.
The Director, CLAO Data Management and Reporting Services, is responsible for delivering accurate and timely reporting, empowering users with data tools and training, and overseeing data quality, governance, and security. This role collaborates with stakeholders to support informed decision-making across and ensures compliance with regulatory data management requirements.
10+ Years in Financial Institutions: Proven track record with deep expertise in banking operations, regulations, and industry standards.
Data Management & Analysis: Expertise in collecting, organizing, and analyzing large datasets to drive informed business decisions.
Advanced Tool Proficiency: Expert-level skills in Tableau or similar tools, with ability to design and deploy complex, interactive dashboards and reports.
Data Visualization & Storytelling: Ability to create intuitive visualizations and craft compelling narratives to engage stakeholders and drive outcomes.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Training: Strong partnership skills to understand reporting needs and provide training on BI tools.
Communication & Project Management: Excellent interpersonal skills and experience delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
