Job summary

BGRE is recruiting a Director, Construction to lead the onsite team for a hyperscale data center campus in Edmonton, AB. You will supervise the site delivery organization and challenge GC/EPC performance from mobilization to RFS.

You will coordinate with design, procurement, and Project Controls, ensuring safety, schedule and budget targets are met while integrating tenant fit‑out requirements into the approved plan.

Qualifications

• Degree and professional registration required, with senior leadership experience.
• Experience delivering large mission‑critical or data center projects.
• Strong CPM schedule and risk management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite construction leadership and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Oversee procurement, cost control and schedule performance.
• Manage safety, quality and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate tenant fit‑out and interface with utilities and vendors.
• Prepare weekly reporting and vendor performance reviews.
