Job summary

eStruxture Data Centers is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead mission-critical data center developments in Canada. You will direct cross-functional teams, manage prime contractors, and oversee the CAPEX budget to deliver high-reliability builds safely, on time, and within budget.

Ideal candidates bring 5–8+ years in construction project management for hyperscale, colocation, or enterprise data centers, and a bachelor’s in a related engineering field.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of dedicated construction project management experience in mission-critical data centers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or engineering; PMP is a strong plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Ownership of project phases from planning to handover.
• Manage CAPEX budget, real-time commitments, and cost forecasting.
• Coordinate daily with site managers, design engineers, and contractors to ensure alignment with design and milestones.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across all construction activities.
