You will own the full sales cycle, driving growth and expanding strategic partnerships with top agencies and brands while delivering exceptional service. This position will also play a critical role in educating agencies and brands on the value of identity-based omnichannel activation, unlocking attribution and intelligence previously unforeseen in programmatic advertising.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders at all levels.
  • Build and expand Zeta Global’s footprint in Toronto and across Canada from the ground up, establishing a strong presence in the market.
  • Leverage deep industry relationships to drive business growth and establish Zeta Global as a key player in the Canadian advertising landscape.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, including agency, advertiser, data, and vendor developments.
  • Clearly articulate Zeta Global’s value proposition, technology, processes, and partnerships to drive client account growth.
  • Maintain deep expertise in the programmatic media marketplace, including historical trends and future developments.
  • Plan, oversee, and manage sales activities, including pipeline development and forecasting.
  • Leverage industry connections and professional networks to generate new business opportunities.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new opportunities; conduct client meetings, craft compelling proposals, negotiate deal terms, and successfully close sales.
  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts, analyze performance metrics, and provide regular, insightful client reviews to drive engagement and growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in advertising or marketing, with a strong background in data-driven marketing, particularly within programmatic media, data, and advanced TV.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and surpassing sales goals.
  • Extensive client relationships within the Canadian media and advertising ecosystem, with a demonstrated ability to leverage these connections for business growth.
  • Experience in developing business or market presence in a new region, specifically in Toronto or Canada.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and results-driven mindset with a strong enthusiasm for the industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate positive relationships with both media agencies and direct brand clients.
  • Strong strategic communication and analytical skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions tailored to client and internal stakeholder needs.
  • Willingness to travel locally and nationally as required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • In-depth knowledge of the online media industry, including emerging technologies and market research.
  • Strong analytical, consultative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Self-motivated with a diligent work ethic and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Excellent medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Employee Equity and Stock Purchase Plan
