Job summary

CIBC is seeking a Director of Cash Management in Calgary to lead senior managers in delivering tailored cash management and treasury solutions for complex client portfolios. You will guide origination, structuring, and documentation while ensuring client understanding of features, pricing, and compliance with bank standards.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of professional experience in commercial banking relationship management and/or sales, preferably in treasury/cash management.
• Experience dealing with large corporate clients involving high Cash Management/Treasury complexity.
• MBA or related financial designations are assets.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-focused cash management solutions and oversee complex product origination, structuring, and documentation.
• Mentor and coach Cash Management teams across regions to deliver best-in-class client experience.
• Design and implement strategic plans to grow the cash management portfolio and profitability.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts while ensuring profitability thresholds are met.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners and COIs; gather market feedback.
