Job summary

Based in Calgary, BMO seeks an experienced commercial sales professional to apply consultative selling and relationship management to generate leads and close treasury management and payment solutions for corporate clients.

You will lead cross‑functional deal closures, ensure regulatory compliance, manage client implementations, and build strategic relationships to grow working capital solutions while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Sales and treasury management, financial operations or risk management in a corporate or banking environment is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred; Business Administration, Finance and Accounting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Applies consultative sales and relationship management practices to generate leads and close sales of treasury management and payment solutions for new and existing clients while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Leads business development efforts by building and nurturing strategic relationships with prospects and existing clients, identifying cross‑selling opportunities, and leveraging networks.
