The Director, CADA 360 Programs and Business Development is a full-time role responsible for leading the development, growth, and optimization of CADA 360 programs and related business initiatives. This hybrid role is based in Markham, ON, with flexibility for some work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing existing programs and the design and delivery of new ones, Managing key partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities that align with member needs and organizational goals. The Director will monitor program performance, analyze data to inform improvements, and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure programs are relevant, financially sustainable, and effectively marketed. The role also involves budget oversight, project planning, reporting to senior leadership, and ensuring a high standard of service and engagement with CADA members.
