  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in business, commerce, management, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant professional designation is an asset.
  • Comfort working in a hybrid environment, with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The Canadian Automobile Dealers Association (CADA) is the national voice for franchised automobile and truck dealerships selling new vehicles across Canada. Through its nationwide network, the association maintains a presence in nearly every community, where member dealerships collectively employ over 200,000 people. CADA provides advocacy, programs, and services that help dealers navigate industry change and enhance operational performance. Role Description

The Director, CADA 360 Programs and Business Development is a full-time role responsible for leading the development, growth, and optimization of CADA 360 programs and related business initiatives. This hybrid role is based in Markham, ON, with flexibility for some work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing existing programs and the design and delivery of new ones, Managing key partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities that align with member needs and organizational goals.
