  • Maintain strategic intelligence on technology trends and AI market evolution to anticipate future needs and maintain our competitive edge in the AI market

Client Approach and Consultative Selling

  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients and prospects to identify optimization opportunities, create synergies between human capital and technology investments, and accelerate their success
  • Analyze in depth the HR and technology challenges of potential clients to demonstrate how our solutions generate tangible value
  • Lead collaboration with the technical-commercial team throughout the sales cycle
  • Diagnose specific needs to propose the optimal combination of custom solutions and standard modules
  • Quantify ROI by measuring concrete impact on human and operational performance

Post-Sale Operational Excellence

  • Ensure relationship continuity as the strategic point of contact throughout the client lifecycle
  • Facilitate transition to the delivery team while maintaining oversight of client satisfaction
  • Cultivate business relationships to identify emerging needs and additional sales opportunities (upsell/cross-sell)
