The impact you’ll make :

As a strategic and dynamic Director of Brand Marketing & PR, you will lead the expansion of Loblaw Advance, translating product and business strategies into impactful marketing and communication plans. Your role involves driving awareness, adoption, and client success, while collaborating across teams to foster strong client relationships and market leadership.

What you’ll do :

  • Build the Brand and Drive Thought Leadership :

Create compelling content and insights to position Loblaw Advance as a media innovation leader.

  • Lead PR initiatives, awards, speaking engagements, and sponsorships to increase visibility.
  • Publish whitepapers, case studies, and research to establish credibility.
  • Manage brand presence through events, activations, educational series, and merchandise.
  • Lead and mentor the brand marketing team, ensuring strategic alignment and excellence.

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and LMS to generate leads.

  • Create sales support materials, prospecting initiatives, and lead generation content.
  • Shape go-to-market strategies for new media products to drive adoption.
  • Measurement & Optimization :

Define and monitor KPIs for brand engagement and campaign effectiveness.

  • Analyze data to optimize marketing efforts and maximize results.
  • Stay abreast of media trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation.

What You’ll Bring :

  • Proven leadership in strategic brand marketing with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams.
  • 5-10+ years of experience in brand marketing, especially B2B, sales enablement, and client growth.
  • Experience across marketing channels including event marketing, social media, content, and website management.
  • Deep sector knowledge in media, advertising technology, retail, or CPG.
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills to translate complex insights into persuasive narratives.
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Coda, Jira preferred.
