This role requires expertise in Amazon Connect, managing P&L, and establishing strategic partnerships with AWS. Qualifications

• 10+ years in contact center tech, 5+ years in Amazon Connect experience.
• Track record of leading large CCaaS transformations ($5M+).
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills required.
