Niagara Peninsula Energy Inc. seeks a Director of Strategy and Performance to translate strategy into action, lead AI adoption, and manage enterprise-wide innovation and performance. You will align functions to corporate strategy, optimize processes, and deliver data-driven insights across the organization.

The role demands advanced leadership, expertise in AI, data analytics, ERP systems, and portfolio management, with collaboration across EMT and business units to achieve measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, data science/IT, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' progressive leadership experience.
• Six Sigma and/or Lean certification is a requirement.
• Experience developing data insights and analytics capabilities, including data governance, platform leadership and value delivery.
• PMP or CSM certification is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Keep the CEO and Executive Management Team informed of emerging issues and progress on key work plans and strategic objectives.
• Assist in preparing the company’s strategic plan and monitor implementation with performance measures.
• Develop annual business unit objectives aligned with corporate strategy and scorecards.
• Establish, monitor and report KPIs, milestones and outcomes for strategic initiatives.
• Prepare regular progress reports to EMT & SLT including risks and mitigation actions.
• Lead data analytics to identify opportunities for process optimization and performance improvements.
• Oversee records management and information governance controls.
