Job summary

RBC is seeking a Director, Product Strategy & Roadmap to own the end-to-end platform strategy for its agentic AI initiative. You will decide what ships and when, grounding decisions in user value and adoption evidence, while partnering with engineering on how the roadmap is built.

You will lead prioritization rigor, own analytics, and ensure responsible AI practices are integrated throughout the product lifecycle, reporting to the AI Group leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, including 3+ in AI/ML or enterprise platforms
• Strong product-experience and design sensibility for user adoption and value
• Deep understanding of agentic AI: LLMs, tool-use, connectors, RAG, multi-agent orchestration
• Owned and delivered measurable adoption outcomes
• Strong analytical skills with dashboards and telemetry

Responsibilities

• Roadmap ownership with a rolling 12-month plan and evidence-based prioritization
• Capture, assess, and prioritize feature requests from business lines, users, and leadership
• Own end-to-end product experience across the platform, including self-service builder, templates, and catalog
• Build and maintain adoption dashboards, usage telemetry, and value-realization measurements
• Partner with engineering on acceptance criteria, backlog, and delivery quality
• Embed responsible AI governance, safety, and transparency into the roadmap and gates
• Conduct competitive and market analysis to inform platform direction
