Job summary

CAA Club Group is seeking a Director- Advisory to lead the advisory sales function across life, health, and estate opportunities. You will drive sales conversion, coach and develop sales and intake teams, and collaborate with operations and marketing to enhance client experience.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years of leadership in financial services or insurance, with a proven ability to manage KPIs and pipeline, and a commitment to performance, accountability, and outstanding service.

• 5–10 years of leadership experience in sales, financial services, insurance, banking, or related industries.
• Experience managing teams and performance metrics.
• Strong coaching, communication, and leadership skills.

What You Will Do
