With a growing team of 45 employees, we focus on developing visual twin software that enables users to communicate, collaborate, and accelerate their digital transformation journey.

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and visionary Director of Finance to lead the financial function during a phase of rapid growth. As a key member of the executive team, you will define and implement our financing, modeling, and growth strategies. You will be responsible for building a robust financial function, establishing solid processes, and supporting the CEO and executive committee in their strategic decisions. • Fundraising: Prepare and lead financing rounds (investor presentations, data room, negotiations).
  • Investor Relations: Maintain regular and transparent dialogue with current and potential investors.
  • Planning & Modeling: Build robust financial models (growth, profitability, strategic scenarios).
  • M&A / Strategic Partnerships: Support the evaluation of investment, acquisition, or partnership opportunities.
  • Oversight and tracking of key metrics: Define, calculate, and monitor all organizational KPIs, including SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV), along with operational and financial indicators.
  • Governance & Compliance: Establish and oversee financial and governance processes, ensure regulatory, tax, and legal monitoring, and guarantee compliance with best practices and obligations.
  • Executive Advisory: Work closely with the CEO and executive team to guide strategic decision-making.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in fundraising (Series A / B) and investor relations management.
  • Strong financial strategy experience within a technology company (SaaS, software, deep tech, ideally B2B).
  • Knowledge of venture capital dynamics, strategic and corporate investors.
  • Ability to build and present clear, compelling, growth-oriented financial models.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, able to thrive in a high-growth and constantly evolving environment.
  • Excellent communication skills (French and English).
Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills
  • Experience in a startup or scale-up environment.
  • Strong understanding of challenges related to international expansion.
  • Proficiency with modern financial systems (ERP, automated reporting tools).
  • Knowledge of best practices in governance and financial compliance.
  • Ability to inspire and mentor a small, growing team.
Why Join Us?
  • Access to a comprehensive benefits package, including dental, health, disability, life, and vision insurance.
  • A flexible hybrid work model that promotes work-life balance.
  • Office closure during the holiday season.
  • A pet-friendly work environment where your four-legged companions are welcome.
  • Growth opportunities in a dynamic, scaling startup.
  • The chance to join a collaborative, global team that values creativity, initiative, and impact.
