Job summary

Karis Disability Services is seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. You will help with daily living, support rights, and encourage personal growth to enable community living.

Applicants must hold a Full G license with personal auto insurance and be available for weekends, nights, and last-minute call-ins. The Hiring Process includes resume submission, a video interview, and references.

Part-time Direct Support Professional

Pay rate: $25.18-29.46

Direct Support Professional (DSP) employees work with people who experience developmental disabilities as they live in their homes and communities. This position assists people in their daily life, working with them and their connections to ensure that they can live fully in the community. Direct Support Professionals recognize people's rights to direct their life, understanding that each person has unique gifts and needs, and they support people to learn skills for their own growth and development.
