Job summary

Karis Disability Services in Waterloo, Ontario, is seeking a Direct Support Professional for night awake shifts. As a DSP, you will support individuals with developmental disabilities in daily living, home and community activities, and help them pursue independence.

The role offers full-time hours, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for training and career development. You will work on-site in the Waterloo region, collaborating with a diverse team to promote dignity, safety, and community

Qualifications

• Experience working with people with developmental disabilities or in care settings.
• Preferred: Developmental Services Worker (DSW), Child and Youth Worker, or related post-secondary education.
• Ability to work night shifts and flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily living and community participation.
• Assist with routines, safety, and personal care as needed.
