Karis Disability Services is hiring a Direct Support Professional to provide care in home and community settings in Ontario. This full-time flex role schedules 10 hours with opportunities to pick up extra hours to reach 35 hours per week.

The role involves assisting people with developmental disabilities to live independently, supporting daily living activities, and helping clients build skills for growth within their homes and communities.

Qualificações

Direct Support Professional(DSP)employeeswork with people who experience developmental disabilities as they live in their homes and communities. This position assists people in their daily life, working with them and their connections to ensure that they can live fully inthecommunity.Direct Support Professionals recognizepeople's rights to direct their life, understanding that each person has unique gifts and needs, andtheysupport people to learn skills for their own growth and development.
