Job summary

Karis Disability Services is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide compassionate, person-centered care for individuals living in their own homes and communities.

The role requires supporting daily living activities, fostering independence, and respecting individual rights. Flexible shifts, ongoing training, and a comprehensive benefits package are offered to successful applicants.

Job description

Permanent, casual position.
The casual position requires call in or back fill support.
Minimum shift requirement - 2 shifts every 2 months. Working hours typically range from 8am-6pm, also including evenings and weekends
Pay Rate $22.99/hour

Direct Support Professional(DSP)employeeswork with people who experience developmental disabilities as they live in their homes and communities. This position assists people in their daily life, working with them and their connections to ensure that they can live fully inthecommunity.Direct Support Professionals recognizepeople's rights to direct their life, understanding that each person has unique gifts and needs, andtheysupport people to learn skills for their own growth and development.
