Responsibilities

• Provide on-site, client-centered programming.
• Assist residents in Life Skills Training and Educational Programs.
• Create and implement therapeutic programming with an emphasis on life skills.

Skills

Experience working with children and/or youth with disabilities

Computer skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to organize, plan, and prioritize work

Experience managing and responding to crisis situations

Education

Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field
