Job summary

Karis Disability Services seeks a Direct Support Professional to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. You will support daily living, promote independence, and help participants access community programs and relationships.

This permanent part-time role offers flexible shifts across weekdays, days, evenings and weekends with a competitive CAD hourly wage. A G license and reliable transportation are required; preferred experience or related education in

DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL

Direct Support Professional (DSP) employees work with people who experience developmental disabilities as they live in their homes and communities. This position assists people in their daily life, working with them and their connections to ensure that they can live fully in the community. Direct Support Professionals recognize people's rights to direct their life, understanding that each person has unique gifts and needs, and they support people to learn skills for their own growth and development.

Requirements:
