That is why we are currently seeking an individual with exceptional communication skills, and a drive for success to join our team as the Direct Customer Service Representative. Responsibilities Include: Fostering excellent customer relationships on behalf of our clients Answering any and all product or service inquiries Making suggestions of products and services that may fit the customer's needs and wants Up-selling on additional products or services Completely closing sales when necessary What We Look for: A high school diploma/GED equivalent or a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, or any other related field 0-1 years of experience in any customer service-related field Excellent communication skills A passion for working in customer service Powered by JazzHR
