Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Dining Room Supervisor for Residence Food Services at Bishop’s University in Sherbrooke, QC. Immediate start with hourly pay of CAD 18–21, based on experience. You will plan staffing, supervise team members, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain food safety standards.

Responsibilities include inventory counts, service coordination, and enforcing policies. Bilingualism is considered an asset. Benefits package available.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience in food service or hospitality is considered an asset.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to take initiative.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Customer service oriented.
• Bilingualism is considered an asset, as some of our customers are English-speaking.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage staffing levels based on operational needs.
• Coordinate and supervise the work of team members.
• Monitor service quality and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Complete production, temperature, waste, and other required records.
• Prepare workstations and ingredients for service.
• Participate in meal service operations.
• Assist with inventory control and inventory counts.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, health, and workplace safety standards.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Respond to daily operational requirements.
• Perform other related duties as required.
