Job summary

Boiling Point is seeking friendly, motivated server assistants to join our team in a fast-paced Taiwanese dining environment. You will support both front-of-house and back-of-house staff, help maintain cleanliness, set up tables, prep ingredients, and assist in daily operations to ensure exceptional customer service.

The role requires reliability, teamwork, and the ability to stand and move throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• 1 year of food retail experience in a fast paced environment, specifically as a busboy or food runner
• Friendly attitude with excellent customer service skills
• Able to multitask and work in a team environment
• Must be able to work flexible schedules
• All candidates are subject to a background check and employment verification process
• Ability to continuously stand or walk
• Ability to bend and lift frequently
• Ability to lift up to 10lbs frequently and 50lbs occasionally
• Ability to squat occasionally

Responsibilities

• Ensuring cleanliness in dining area including but not limited to removing dishes from tables and taking them to the kitchen for cleaning, refilling sauces, and cleaning sauce containers as needed
• Set up tables in preparation for the next customer
• Assist in preparation of food items in the kitchen as needed
• Will also be responsible for general housekeeping duties of the restrooms
• Stock service areas with supplies
• Maintain personal health and sanitation standards
• Must be knowledgeable of all safety codes per BP's guidelines
• Ensure compliance with BP’s code of ethics, integrity and conduct
