Job summary

Boiling Point Group is seeking friendly, energetic servers to join our Vancouver restaurant team. You will greet guests, take orders, and deliver food and beverages with a focus on warm, efficient service.

You should be comfortable handling POS transactions, maintaining clean dining areas, and assisting with restocking and general housekeeping. Flexibility with shifts is required to fit a busy restaurant schedule.

Qualifications

• 1 year of food retail experience in a fast-paced environment, specifically as a server.
• Friendly attitude with excellent customer service skills.
• Able to multitask and work in a team environment.
• Must be able to work flexible schedules.
• High School diploma preferred.
• All candidates are subject to a background check and employment verification process.

Responsibilities

• Greet incoming customers promptly
• Knowledge of the menu; make recommendations
• Take orders and serve food and/or beverages
• Cashiering duties including preparing checks and processing payment via POS
• Maintain dining area cleanliness; clear tables and assist in cleaning
• Set up tables for the next customers
• General housekeeping duties of restrooms
• Stock service areas with supplies
• Maintain personal health and sanitation standards
• Know BP safety codes
• Uphold BP ethics, integrity and conduct
