Job summary

Staffmax Staffing & Recruiting is seeking a Server Assistant to support front and back of house in a fast-paced restaurant. You will help maintain cleanliness, assist with dining setup, and ensure guest satisfaction by delivering friendly service in a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

1 year of food retail experience in a fast paced environment
Friendly attitude with excellent customer service skills
Able to multitask and work in a team environment
Must be able to work flexible schedules

Ability to continuously stand or walk
Ability to bend and lift frequently
Ability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally
Ability to squat occasionally

Responsibilities

Ensuring cleanliness in dining area including removing dishes and taking them to the kitchen for cleaning
Set up tables in preparation for the next customer
Assist in preparation of food items in the kitchen as needed
General housekeeping duties of the restrooms
Stock service areas with supplies
Maintain personal health and sanitation standards
Must be knowledgeable of safety codes per BP's guidelines
Ensure compliance with BP’s code of ethics, integrity and conduct
