Equitable in Waterloo, ON is seeking a Technology Specialist, Digital Workplace to maintain and enhance shared tech solutions. The role collaborates across IT to design and deploy digital workplace platforms, ensuring high service quality and strong client outcomes.

This in-office position supports ongoing improvements, training, and governance for internal systems. The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, hands-on configuration, and proactive problem solving to optimize

Competenze

• Post-secondary degree or equivalent in computer science or related field.
• Experience with digital workplace platforms and UC/Endpoints.
• Certifications relevant to the platform.

Mansioni

• Support implementation of policies and governance for Equitable's technical systems.
• Collaborate on solution design, development, and quality management.
• Work with teams to improve client satisfaction through reliable systems.
• Configure and troubleshoot hardware and software components.
• Maintain internal processes and quality documentation.
• Inspect systems to identify workflow improvements.
• Monitor capacity and performance to ensure availability.
• Provide technical guidance to peers and end-users.
