• Hands-on experience with endpoint management and identity solutions.
• Ability to lead evaluations, POCs and pilots with stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Lead the technology vision and solution architecture for the end-user experience within a new corporate headquarters.
• Assess the digital workplace technology landscape and recommend improving technologies.
• Identify opportunities to create a future-ready workplace with innovative solutions.
• Design end-to-end employee technology experience across workstations, meeting rooms, and spaces.
• Develop technology standards and reference architectures for the headquarters.
• Set standards for meeting rooms, AV and collaboration technologies.
• Evaluate technologies to improve the in-office experience, including booking and signage.
• Simplify employee journeys with mobile experiences, automation and passwordless auth.
• Understand employee movement and friction points to improve experiences.
• Lead proofs of concept, pilots, and technology evaluations.
• Research new technologies and vendors aligned to business goals.
• Collaborate with facilities, networking, security and real estate teams for integration.
• Partner with AV integrators and vendors through design and build phases.
• Translate requirements into practical technical solutions and designs.
• Provide hands-on leadership during deployment and testing.
• Design endpoint technologies for laptops and mobile devices.
• Develop endpoint management using Intune, Autopilot and Entra ID.
• Automate provisioning, authentication and application delivery.
• Set standards for device connectivity and peripherals.
• Ensure workplace tech integrates with enterprise networking, security and collaboration platforms.
• Work with Information Security to meet cybersecurity and privacy requirements.
• Create architectural blueprints, standards and implementation guidance.
• Provide technical leadership to implementation teams and vendors.
• Remain current on digital workplace, AV and end-user tech trends.
