Job summary

Aritzia is seeking a Manager/Sr. Manager, Organizational Change Management in Vancouver to lead the team and drive change initiatives aligned with corporate objectives and an exceptional employee experience.

You will establish methodologies, design needs-based programs and enable seamless implementation across the organization, while driving accountability and value realization for all organizational change initiatives.

As the Manager/Sr. Manager, Organizational Change Management, you will lead the team to:

• Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
• Establish and champion the best change management methodologies across the organization to minimize disruption to business and realize change success.
• Design and deliver needs-based, impact-driven change programs.
• Provide the right information, support and capabilities to enable and seamlessly implement the change.
• Drive accountability and alignment and value realization across all organizational change initiatives.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Manager/Sr. Manager, Organizational Change Management, has:

THE COMPENSATION

At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.
The range for roles at this level is $100,000-$300,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
