Job summary

Fidelity Canada is hiring a Project Manager to lead cross‑functional teams in a complex matrix environment. The role supports multiple business lines and may follow waterfall or agile methodologies.

You will enable Agile practices, drive governance, and ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery while coordinating with vendors and internal partners. A strong PM background and leadership are essential, with Canada work authorization required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of project/program management and/or Scrum Master experience.
• Extensive experience leading business and systems delivery teams using PM and Agile methods.
• Deep knowledge of PM and Agile frameworks, principles, and processes.
• Strong coaching and leadership abilities; fosters self‑organized teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project charters and develop detailed project plans with scope, schedule and budget.
• Maintain governance gates, approvals, and status reporting to sponsors and executives.
• Establish project communications, monitoring, and control mechanisms.
• Manage day‑to‑day activities; identify risks and manage issues.
• Lead teams in a matrix environment with clear roles and responsibilities.
• Collaborate with PMO to ensure adherence to portfolio and program standards.
