Job summary

Nova Scotia Power is seeking a Digital Transformation Co-op for the Winter 2027 term in Halifax, Nova Scotia. The role focuses on supporting ERP Supply Chain initiatives within Oracle Fusion, contributing to process improvements and digital transformation across procurement and business partners.

You will develop skills in business analysis, project coordination, and change management while collaborating with ERP and Procurement professionals on system enhancements.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a post-secondary program in Business, Supply Chain, Commerce, Operations or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are expected.
• Comfortable using data and insights to support decisions.
• Effective communication with stakeholders at different levels.

Responsibilities

• Support ERP Supply Chain projects by creating reports, testing solutions and preparing materials.
• Analyze business processes and develop process documentation and presentations.
• Develop business cases to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct research to support project objectives and recommendations.
• Create and maintain project documentation and reports.
• Participate in meetings, presentations, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Collaborate with Procurement and stakeholders to support ERP enhancements.
• Apply business analysis and change-management methodologies through project lifecycle.
• Identify issues and propose improvements to support continuous improvement.
• Support other project-related activities as needed.
