Role Summary: The Digital Marketing Manager develops and manages digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive website traffic, and acquire customers.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Digital Strategy Development: Create and implement digital marketing and conversion strategies to meet business objectives.
  2. Online Presence Management: Oversee campaign websites, optimize content, SEO, and UX to increase traffic and sales.
  3. E-Commerce Experience: Support Shopify stores and manage revenue growth on the platform.
  4. Digital Advertising: Plan and execute campaigns across Google Ads, social media, and other paid channels.
  5. Analytics and Reporting: Measure campaign performance, analyze data, and recommend improvements.
  6. Market Research: Conduct research to stay ahead of industry trends and identify opportunities.
  7. Budget Management: Allocate and manage digital marketing budgets effectively.
  8. Team Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
  • Experience managing digital ad campaigns and budgets.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
